All translations completed in our company undergo the mandatory proofreading stage which includes:

• Thorough proofreading of the translation to avoid any grammar, spelling, and syntax errors;
• Formatting of the text in conformity with the source document;
• Stylistic conformity of the translation with the source text

Such vetting guarantees that the translation shall have no missed fragment, text cuts, missed translation, or stylistically and grammatically inadequate translations.

In order to provide the customer with the impeccable quality of the translation, we engage professionally trained and industry-specific translators as well as an editor with the necessary training or experience background. When translated materials include complex structural or mechanic presentations or when translated documents are planned to be published for mass distribution within the specific target audience, or at the customer's request, we provide additional services of the translation editing.

Editors thoroughly verify the translation by comparing it to the original, check compliance with the terminology included in the provided term glossary, and check the text for linguistic and stylistic consistency.

When translating from Russian into a foreign language we recommend using services of an editor who is a native speaker of the target language. Editing completed by a native speaker allows to adapt the translation for foreign readers. It is only the native speaker who feels all intricacies and nuances of word or phrase usage or understands specifics of mentality of one’s compatriots.
